Acquired by Capsalus Corp. (OTCBB:WELL), formerly Mach One Corp, in April 2010, White Hat Brands is a division dedicated to researching and developing branded products in the health and wellness space, including household products and functional food and beverages. The White Hat team, in addition to managing Capsalus’ interests in other businesses, will look to build on the legacy of their award-winning Dog On It! fortified children’s juice beverage brand by commercializing other healthier alternatives for consumers of all ages.
